1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer of [ $50 ] is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due [1 day] before the scheduled session/event date, unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments can be made via [list accepted methods].

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than [2 days] before the scheduled date may forfeit the retainer.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

3. Photographer’s Responsibilities

• Photographer will provide professional services and deliver edited images as outlined in the agreement.

• Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, lateness of subjects, restrictions at venues).

4. Client’s Responsibilities

• Client agrees to arrive on time and prepared for the session.

• Client is responsible for obtaining permissions, permits, or clearances at chosen locations (if applicable).

5. Image Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered within [X days] of the session.

• Delivery will be made via [online gallery, USB, etc.].

• Photographer does not provide raw/unedited files unless otherwise agreed.

6. Usage Rights

• Photographer retains copyright to all images.

• Client receives a personal, non-commercial license for sharing and printing.

• Commercial usage or publication requires separate written permission and/or licensing.

7. Model Release

• By booking, client grants permission for photographer to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Liability

• Photographer is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during the session.

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accident, or illness, liability is limited to rescheduling or refund of the amount paid.

9. Agreement

• By booking a session, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to these terms.
